Although the house is only a stone’s throw from the main street of Rodalquilar, it is in a very quiet location and has uninterrupted views across the Botanical Gardens and down the valley to the sea.

Although the climate in Rodalquilar is pleasant throughout the year, the apartments have air-conditioning on the ground floor, heating in each room and a wood-burning stove in the lounge.
