All prices include VAT at 7%. Minimum rental 3 nights. Prices are per night and for the full house (up to 6 persons).
Payments can be made by debit transfer to our UK account in stirling, our Spanish account in Euros or by credit card.

Conditions
Arrivals: 5:00PM.
Departures: 10:00AM.
A payment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance of 70% is required at least 8 days prior to arrival.
A deposit of 100€ will be charged for rentals of one week or less and 200€ for more than one week. This will be refunded on departure.
Cancellations:
Must be made my email or fax and confirmed by us.
Received at least 31 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded 100%.
From 30-15 days 50% of deposit will be refunded
Less than 15 days and no refund of the deposit will be made.
No shows:
The full rental amount will be retained.
